Graphene flexible displays

Who: Cambridge University’s Graphene Centre (CGC) and Plastic Logic.

What: Graphene transistor-based flexible device. The image below is an active-matrix electrophoretic (E Ink) display fabricated on flexible plastic.

Where: LCD and OLED displays. Other applications are in flexible lightweight sensors, novel medical imaging and gesture recognition applications.

When: Full-colour OLED displays within the next 12 months.
